JMG Solutions was formed to provide a variety of IT support services.  Experience with over 500 clients has taught JMG Solutions to appreciate the unique circumstances driving the needs of the NFP sector.  JMG Solutions has a portfolio of specifically targets services to meet the needs to the Not-For-Profit Sector.

The NFP community is growing as there are currently over 82,000 registered NFP’s, administering $86 billion anually. Today there are 20,000 more registered charities than 10 years ago which is an increase of almost 25%. Every indication shows that this increase is likely to continue as more universities, colleges, schools and hospitals are increasing their fundraising activities to meet their funding needs. All of them are strategically planning for the year 2000, for their fundraising and operational business and to meet increasing technical challenges.

As a result of a higher profile in recent years, changes in the NFP sector includes a need for greater accountability and professionalism. In addition to this, demands for funding are increasing, as is the competition for the philanthropic dollar.

The key to success for NFP’s will be to develop highly cost effective and efficient tools to resource both fundraising and operational programs. In order to meet these challenges, more and more charities are moving to electronic capturing of data. This will be JMG’s main focus.
